Ratatat – Classics

I’m currently revising for my midsessional exams at university – boring, i know. One of the best tools I use to keep me motivated and working at a decent pace is music. However, finding that genre or style that keeps me focused was very difficult.
However, the band I discovered ended up being one of my favorites of all time.Music that best suits me best in this mode has to be upbeat electronic sounds of Ratatat. Their music has the tendancy keep up the tempo and pace without being distracting or requireing too much attention – perfect for revision. Also, their music uses very few lyrics, which contriutes to its work-inducing quality. Here is “Wildcat” from Ratatat’s second album “Classics”: |
